The work life balance is very nice I like that you don’t have to report to an office every day you can just wake up and begin your work
Cons
The company owner Christian sucks. He will take multiple trips throughout the year because he takes most of the money from our paychecks. Cheap supplies are given to the company for us to use. Gas reimbursement is a joke especially with how high it’s been for months. There is no growing with this company you will just remain on the same level as your co workers the entire time. As for the percentage we get for jobs, is an absolute joke. You usually are working with a go worker , so each gets 20%. Where does the other 60% go? In the owners pockets. I have cleaned Christian’s home before and was tipped less than $20 for cleaning his home for over several hours. Heartless, and selfish.
