Pros
Best place to learn your job/craft. Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help, if you just ask. There is plenty of work! Co-workers are very nice. They treat you like your family. Great benefits. Can't stress enough that the benefits are top-notch!
Cons
Ridiculously low pay. No raises within a year. If you are looking to get rich, look somewhere else. This is a job here you primary concern is to help the people, not yourself. Promotions and raises go through multiple departments; your "manager" simply cannot give you more money. Everyone's hands are tied in this regard. Work is very slow. Absurdly slow. You don't work for profit. Do the job right, and safely! If you get bored easily, look somewhere else!
