Staff is garbage - Garbage Tyler Junior College Employee Review

The staff of TJC are underpaid and upper management has no intention of ever giving raises again. They need more employees but were in a hiring freeze. College is growing but for some reason they don't see a need to treat staff better. I left because I was never going to go anywhere there. They had several people who refused to do their job and would make other's jobs more difficult in efforts to avoid it.
