Pros
Amazing atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork - everyone is willing to share their knowledge and provide their viewpoint on any work topic they are familiar with. Mostly remote work, with just one day a week in the office (Plano office policy, not sure about the others). Nice calming green view from the cafeteria. Sense of fulfilment through doing something hopefully useful (public sector and all). End of the year parties (not every year though). Pretty tolerable hardware for the developers. And they'll buy you a separate camera if you ask - to put on the large monitor you actually look at. I hear there is a gym? And showers? Free soda, coffee and headache pills (along with some other medicine). They contribute to your lunch expenses! If you keep asking, you may be able to accumulate a whole bunch of nice stuff if you have a dedicated office space - more monitors than people usually get and a UPS. You get a neat backpack with their logo!
Cons
Outdated tech stack, which is not necessarily always helpful on a resume. Salaries lower than in most places. A whole day a week in the office. FSA provider, Wex, requires proof of eligibility of 90% of payments. It's freezing in the office during summer, AC is cranked up way too high.
