Tyson & Mendes Response

We pride ourselves on being one of the most transparent law firms in America. Every two weeks, all of our attorneys have the opportunity to attend a meeting where they may ask the managing partner, in person, any question they have about our firm. Once a month, every staff member is encouraged to attend a meeting where they may talk directly to the managing partner and ask any question they may have. All employees also have the ability at any time to submit anonymous questions to management to be addressed firm-wide. All questions are answered and all issues raised are addressed in a public forum. The path to partnership, including specific criteria to achieve partner status, is in writing and openly shared with all attorneys throughout the firm. It is our practice to regularly promote from within and to reward all of our high achieving employees. We are a firm where all voices are heard and every opinion is appreciated and valued.
