This company is falling apart - Administrative Assistant Tyson & Mendes Employee Review

Pay is very very very low. Instead of raising the pay they want to give “perks” which are just discounts for infomercial junk and complain about low retention rates. It’s obvious pay and the company culture is the issue. What’s more disgusting is they are constantly asking for donations and sending “have gratitude” emails, like “be grateful you still have a job” yikes. This company needs to get with the times.
