Pros
They offer health, 401k after 90 days of employment
Cons
Izzo's was the worst place I've ever worked!!! No training program whatsoever. The owners, managers & team leads have no uniform way of how things are done -each one does things different therefore, I was told how do to my job this way, not that way by each one and it was frustrating being told your doing things wrong by management , leads & the owner. The owners would agure with each other in front of employees- I worked on boards with 3 other employees who did not speak English which made this job that more frustrating. The owner would belittle you & tell You your doing things wrong & would show you how do to the job correctly. For example- how to pickup the dough and place it on the board or tell you how to sweep the floor, how to push a cart, to putting plastic over the bread correctly it was always something negative and it was a daily occurrence of him belittling you. That was how I was treated day one of my employment until my last day of employment. The owner treated alot of employees the same way. I worked 2-1030 - management would give you your first 15 min break at 6pm sometimes later & lunch 8 or so, second break 1015 that's when production shut down if you wanted to get paid until 1030 you had sit in the break room until 1030 which was considered our 2nd 15 min break. I worked two weeks & had enough I saw people get hired and walked out on their first day. Think twice before working here also, the pay is $12 hr which also is the reason they can't keep help.
