Brownstown U-GRO has a great Director who has stayed consistent! The teachers and staff really care for the children in their care and help them thrive and succeed!

Cons

You’ll work closely with others, so it’s not ideal if you prefer working completely independently. There’s a lot to absorb early on, but strong support and learning opportunities help.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
