The kids are great. You get to know them well.

Cons

Management was a mess. Prioritized profits over students and staff. It’s a place that will claim they’re like family as an excuse for overworking everyone. They’ll text you the second day you’re out sick asking you to come in because they’re understaffed. You may be accused of not being a team player if you point out that you can’t stand.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
