Wonderful culture that focuses on their team members first. Professional development is offered and encouraged. For the industry, the pay is extremely competitive. The people that I work with is what makes my job so enjoyable!

Cons

You become very attached to the children, so when they leave your classroom or center it can be very hard!

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
