Most of the locations are very nice. In-service day is fun and educational. Benefits are great. Paid holidays. Great hours of operation. Nice size classrooms

Cons

Too much paperwork and not given much time to complete. Management disussing employees and complaining to other employees. Low pay.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
