They were always willing to work around my school schedule and understood that college was my top priority!

Cons

Had to come in, even in bad weather because parents didn't want to be stuck with their children on a day off from work.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
