Pros

the children and families are great. You have paid in service days. centers are beautiful.

Cons

too much staff turnover! having a difficult time staffing classrooms. borrow from other centers just to be in ratio. lots of managerial gossip! there seems like there is no such thing as staff confidentiality. everyone knows your business. director directed from office rather than helped out in classroom. not a lot of support.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
