The pros are the children, families, directors, investment in on going education, happy/ welcoming environment and how U-GRO has such an incredible care for their employees and families.

Cons

Be prepared to drive in the snow, because it is rare to have off for snow.

Pros

Role is fulfilling. Working with children, teaching children, and watching them grow is rewarding. Early childhood is one of them most important roles in the world. Since working with U-GRO, I have seen a lot of effort go into making things better for families, children, and staff. Every center has room to grow and I see this center doing that work.

Cons

Work-life balance is something every employee must prioritize.
