Pros

Many benefits that are very good and family oriented, OT is mostly available throughout the year, and it’s a new positions with rumors of growth (even though nothing has changed since the position opened 3 years ago), work/life balance depends on how much you choose to work.

Cons

OT is a must to make a decent check, schedules/assignments/details are based off seniority, salary does not pay enough for the amount of work that is expected of you, very repetitive work assignments that it’s easy to get stagnant, BPAs tend to treat BPPCs as lackeys and talk down to you (I have seen and experienced this many times in my short tenure here).
