Pros
It is quite satisfying to assist constituents with questions/problems with federal agencies.
Cons
Working and assisting with issues is satisfying, however, the downside is the calls regarding complaints about Congress or the government (even local governments) particularly from those very ill-informed #Civics101 would be a great refreshser.
