The people of US Sugar is the best team. They made me feel very welcomed when I started my job here. The company's culture allows you to gain a lot responsibility and experience. Friendly and approachable managers.

Clewiston is a small country town with limited options for shopping / restaurants

The pay is decent, thats it.

Cons

This place is horrible to work at. The schedule is bad. Managerial methods are asinine. And a secretary has as much power as the president, who hates the employees.
