The pay is decent, thats it.

Cons

This place is horrible to work at. The schedule is bad. Managerial methods are asinine. And a secretary has as much power as the president, who hates the employees.

Insurance is high and the plant is not safe in some areas. They expect you to work a lot of overtime.
