      Pros

      Exhilarating pace, growing company, cares about its employees and the community, very philanthropic, fun, smart people who work hard

      Cons

      I thought the pace at my previous company was fast but this is crazy fast. I'll take it. Better to be working with a growing company than one in a downward spiral. That latter is no fun. Been there. Done that.

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
