Pros

I have worked in several call center and this is by far the best one I have ever worked for. They are fair and try and meet all your needs for you being able to attend family things during business hours. Last week I was able to leave for 90 minutes to attend one of my children school activities. Hours are not bad. Typically work about 4-5 hours every 3rd to 4th Saturday. Last job was every other. Managers & supervisors are fair and good to work for. I have been here a couple years now and really do not see myself leaving.

Cons

This is a busy call center compared to other I have worked in. But that's ok as I'm getting paid well and I should be busy at work. There is a lot to learn, but they have a good training program. Maybe give some additional break time?

Pros

Never had an issue when needing time off.

Cons

Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
