      Pros

      Decent wages, good benefits, good coworkers

      Cons

      Long hours. Disregard for how trucks are loaded causing safety concerns. For example, 15 semi tires that are last delivery loaded in front of first stop. Climbing over and trying to rearrange load at stops to dig out orders...not safe. Informed management many times. No change. If it fits, cram it on the truck. Driver work environment/safety not priority. Bottom line is.

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
