      Pros

      Friendly culture, community involvement, nice pay,

      Cons

      The company preaches community involvement and envisions to make the world a better place but, still is funded by oil and car products. SLT seems to be disconnected from reality with regards to hourly workers and is frequently motivated to immediate action by industry buzzwords (Crypto, AI) . Also, if you are not a family member or a "Shareholder", then you are at a disadvantage.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Nothing much to say here, just your typical problems at any place

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
