      Good benefits & flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      Culture and values are great on paper, but they don't seem to apply to everyone. Praise given does not feel genuine. Advancement opportunity limited for most. Very long hours not worth the benefits and hard to take advantage of flexibility when you are working all the time.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
