      - U.S. Venture cares about team members (both personally and professionally!) more than any organization I have been a part of. - The pay, benefits, work-life balance, flexibility, career development, and work environment are all top notch. - I feel valued, recognized, and appreciated daily. - There is a wonderful culture here with several fun events and opportunities for community. - U.S. Venture is extremely strategic and continues to evolve as a company to meet current and future business/industry needs.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
