Understanding supervisors, team atmosphere. Dedicated coworkers. I look forward to work ever day. I have seen people who didn't fit in their current position be offered another job rather than be let go. A true rarity!

Cons

Lower pay than at other organizations I've worked at.

Pros

Never had an issue when needing time off.

Cons

Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
