      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and helpful! As a remote employee I feel included in activities even from afar. The benefits are great and U.S. Venture has been a really great place to work so far!

      Cons

      I've only been in my role for a few months, so I don't have any cons at this time to note.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
