Pros

I loved working there because they did have a lot of benefits. The management did try to help with any issue I had for the most part. They have a lot of resources to try to have a good work life balance

Cons

The high stress environment of broken systems was not good.

Pros

Never had an issue when needing time off.

Cons

Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
