      Pros

      Benefits-the HSA contribution from the company + dental coverage for cleanings every 4 months are appreciated. The community engagement and caring culture are front and center. I feel empowered in my job with the ability to give and accept feedback.

      Cons

      There are typical office politics.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
