      Pros

      US Venture goes a long way in making new Hires feel welcome and a valuable part of the Team. The Upper Management, thinks nothing about picking up their Phone and calling you to see how you are progressing. Being employed by US Venture is a god send.

      Cons

      This may sound strange, but in trying to find out if you are enjoying working for US Venture, it is almost too much. It takes away from you doing your Job.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Nothing much to say here, just your typical problems at any place

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
