      Cons

      Extremely low pay, very inconsistent miles. Lay over is not paid. Dispatch is horrendous, driver leaders are mostly incompetent.

      Excellent coworkers, a solid stable company financially, a family type atmosphere.

      Cons

      No pay raises in 28 months and they terminated the monthly performance bonuses.
