Pros
Very Cushy job. Not to stressful like every other job at this place. They work with your schedule in this department. People over here are great. Other departments have a lot of hot heads resulting from the high stress jobs.
Cons
Company has not given a raise out in 5or more years. US Xpress is not predicted to be doing much better in the future. The pay in this department is fairly low. Its all about who you know. A good ol boy system.
