      Pros

      You'll have work everyday never run out. The girls dispatching in Henderson, Nc were super cool, specially Lucy. Awesome company.

      Cons

      Crazy hours and I do mean crazy, trucks run at 63mph when I left. I had to wait for my immigration permit to renew and they didn't understand that I couldn't get an extension because immigration doesn't work that way. Driver forget to fuel up after finishing their shifts.

      Excellent coworkers, a solid stable company financially, a family type atmosphere.

      Cons

      No pay raises in 28 months and they terminated the monthly performance bonuses.
