Pros
Pay was accurate and on time. They keep you moving, and if you sit they have no problem giving you a layover which was $100 a driver. When I started in 2023 my partner and I would get 5500-6000 miles every week, but in 2024 it dropped to more like 4800-5500 being the top end. They always got me home on time or early.
Cons
Couldn’t keep one manager for more than 3-4 months, due to managers either quitting or moving to other accounts. They lost a few terminals since merging with knight and swift. Feels like the company is in a decline but I haven’t worked there since 11/24 so I’m not sure how it is now. Your dispatcher/fm is not in control of your load planning so they have to wait for orders as to what loads you’ll be getting next which can be a pain. often times you’ll be sitting around waiting for a load with no updates. If there’s an issue at the shipper or your load got canceled your fleet manager has to reach out to the the planners, the planners have to reach out to csr and csr has to reach the shipper/ receiver, it’s a timely process.
