Given the circumstances, not the worst (or best) place to work. - Business Analyst UBS Employee Review

Pros

Atmosphere is pretty rough right now with further impending layoffs, but it also provides a challenge for those that make the cut to do more with less; how to make improvements without a budget for serious investments. Even with all that, the environment is what you make of it and for me it's relatively casual and flexible. And if one can weather the storm, there should be a recognition and advancement potential.

Cons

I honestly don't think i'm fairly compensated for my skill set, responsibilities, experience and performance and given the realities that we are in it may be difficult to justify any significant increases.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
