Pros
Flat out - the people there are fantastic. Tried and true blue, legacy PaineWebber employees are constantly cleaning up the mess left behind by the international assignee Swiss. Weehawken facilities are nice if not sometimes difficult to get to (especially from Long Island). Multiple mass transit opportunities exist.
Cons
Complete lack of leadership at the MD and ED levels.
