Horrible Management and dont care about their employees - Associate UBS Employee Review

Horrible management that doesn't communicate to their employees. No opportunity for growth they only promote people they like and there are only very few of those. The bonus is laughable below 3% and they don't give annual cost of living raises. Management demands you to work a lot of OT and weekends - no work life balance whatsoever.
