Pros
People are friendly; Strong pipeline for projects; Campus is good; comprehensive benefits; good vacation time off - 20 days + 8 sick days; Upto $1200 free money in HSA; $50 GYM in premises; people go running and play tennis between 12-5 pm
Cons
No bonus or may be peanuts ($1 -3 K) . No increments. Despite WFH options- require folks to be present in office most of the time just show team presence. Old Leadership - old mentality - need face time. Expensive medicare - $200 extra to add spouse on your plan. Lots of hierarchies. Bureaucracy. Politics. Favoritism based on ethnicity.
