      Pros

      Hiring practices followed by HR, are above average if you compare with other Wall St firms.

      Cons

      This place is filled with in-competent and herd mentality people. These people go together in groups irrespective of capabilities. Someone with different ideas is not tolerated here. These group work together to create and preserve each others jobs.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
