      UBS offers new financial advisors a great place to start their careers. They offer a fair salary and measure you on assets not production ... this allows you to build your book of business the right way as opposed to having to put your clients into products that generate production

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
