Good people on on the ground, really bad Managing Director Leadership - Product Manager UBS Employee Review

High turn over in Senior Leadership. I experienced 4 reorgs in two years there. This make it hard to develop relationships with the folks who you need to vouch for you to get promotions. Poor project management. They take are large scale projects and do not have the proper leaders in place to execute. Compensation is lacking compared to competitors. There are no raises unless you get a promotion. Bonuses are subjective and are only substantial if you are a Director or above.
