Pros
The company has is great with a mix o f nice and we'll qualified peeople mixed with some who think they are gods and very arrogant. Good opportunities to move at junior or senior mgmt levels. Overall nice experience while it lasted.
Cons
Junior guys are underpaid while some mid and most senior levels overpaid for what they contribute. Very volatile environment with high emp turnover.
