      Pros

      Amazing benefits and...bonus....you can never be fired! So, job security is amazing. Tuituion reimbursement is also a plus if you can afford to take time off work to take classes.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Work is demanding. Senior management, especially if they bring in a lot of money to the university, is so corrupt.
