Pros
Working with fellow tour guides from all over campus. The hours were flexible as long as you contribute a minimum amount a week. A bit of overlap on normal tours except for mandatory dates like Picnic Day or Visitor Days.
Cons
None. Everyone from new hires to administrators seem extremely happy to be there to work to help the visitors to attend the University.
