Pros
Friendly people, atmosphere, and a strong HR department. Every time I contacted them with inquiries, they were prompt with answering and always followed up.
Cons
When I became a new employee, the person in charge completely mishandled my personal information, making my employee file riddled with the wrong info. This make it difficult down the line when I needed access to HR things and mandatory new employee tranings.
