Remote/hybrid work flexibility. Excellent benefits. Annual COLA salary adjustments, but only at the whim of the UC Regents. Classification (EA3) was recently accreted into Teamsters union and will now get annual increases guaranteed. Immediate leadership for the unit was excellent. Great colleagues and affirming working environment.
Cons
Difficult budget situation - structural issues and poor management by top leadership (Provost, Chancellor). Poor communication from leadership unit.
