      Campus outdoor environment is nice, weather is good excepting summer, salary is ok and cost of living is not high, many places to visit around, easy to find a community, life is easy in general.

      Cons

      Very old indoor facilities poorly mantained, depressing dirty and unhealthy. City is boring, people is not open minded in general.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
