Great coworkers and mission, horrible managers - Safety Specialist UC Riverside Employee Review

My manager would frequently scream at, sabotage, or otherwise abuse staff and is to this day still working at UCR. Employees were often given impossible goals and penalized for not reaching them. The employee review system is a joke; it's a 7-page document that is just "does your boss like you or not?".
