      Professor was easy to work with, pay and benefits are excellent, growth from public speaking/instructing

      Cons

      grading can take a long time if it is a writing course, finals week requires grading/work while trying to also study for your own finals

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
