      There's never any crunch time because of the slow pace of everything they do

      Cons

      It's very slow paced No room for advancement unless you decide to enter a graduate program so that you no longer get paid and you pay them instead

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
