      The work was good and quite easy, with flexible hours based on requests

      Cons

      The department/management weren't useful at all when I faced small issues with the students, and instead blamed me when it wasn't my fault. The students knew this and took advantage of this, getting me into trouble. I had to quit the position due to all of this.
